In Win Win Fixture, all of the checking fixture/ gauge components must be checked strictly before going into the next process to make sure the whole gauge within the machining tolerance (-0.005MM,+0.005MM) and measuring accuracy (-0.02MM,+0.02MM).

Understanding of tolerance and GD&T come from this experience, each designer of ours has passed GD& T Training assessment. We can quickly respond to customers, providing inspection tool solutions and make drawings within 3 hours.

Our full-time technical team provides one-to-one service throughout the whole process from demand analysis/design confirmation to formal production and delivery.
